The following is the order in which we've received and sent communications around the HOA violations reported to us.
May 20, 2025: We received an HOA violation notice.
May 22, 2025: We received a reminder email stating that the violation needed to be cleared by May 25.
May 25, 2025: We submitted the following photos through the Invitation Homes portal showing that the violation was cured:
June 10, 2025, 8:35 a.m.: We received an email with notice of work order B14128948 created. We resubmitted the photos through the portal.
June 10, 10:28 a.m. - Called and spoke to Ela. An email was sent to the local property manager in the local office.
June 10, 12:03 p.m. - Called and spoke to Chelsea. Transferred to Diane Craig. She stated (@12:47) that she did not see the photos having been received through the portal and that I should email new photos directly to her at [email protected]. As you can see in the following photo, we sent the photos again to the provided email address.
June 11, 11:02 a.m. - Called and spoke to Carol who sent a message to Diane to call me back.
June 11, 12:08 p.m. - Diane called back said she never received email from me. Verified email address as [email protected]. Diane stated there would be at least a $75 trip fee from the contracted company. She stated the work order could not be cancelled within one day of scheduled maintenance scheduled. I told Diane that nobody in the household received any violation notice on 6/5 nor 6/10. She verified my email address and my phone number. She stated the HOA violation was sent to [email protected] on the 5th & 10th. (Note that [email protected] and [email protected] both go to the same address.)
June 12 - I realized photos on the 6/10 work order were not our address but that of 101 Donegal Way. The following is our house:
